  • Isabel Rogers is a GIS Professional with Dewberry's Regional Water Resources Department in Atlanta. A graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and a Certified Floodplain Manager, she specializes in turning complex flood data into clear, accessible information that helps communities better understand and prepare for flood risk. 
• Topic: GA Resilience Blueprint
  • This presentation introduces the Resilience Blueprint, a web-based resource developed by Dewberry's team to put flood risk data directly into the hands of Georgia community officials. Built as part of FEMA's Risk MAP project, the Resilience Blueprint goes beyond traditional regulatory products by transforming complex GIS datasets into accessible, user-friendly tools that don't require specialized software. By making flood risk information easier to understand and apply, the platform supports local and regional mitigation efforts, increases public awareness, and helps communities take meaningful steps to reduce future risk and losses.
